2019論壇及活動(dòng)
為貫徹落實(shí)習(xí)近平總書記關(guān)于加大國內(nèi)勘探開發(fā)力度、保障國家能源安全的重要批示精神，推動(dòng)油氣資源增儲(chǔ)上產(chǎn)，在 2019年中國海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)博覽會(huì)期間舉辦“海洋油田開采和水下工程技術(shù)論壇”。
本次論壇圍繞南海油氣發(fā)展、深水海洋油氣設(shè)施安裝技術(shù)、國內(nèi)水下生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的發(fā)展、數(shù)字智能新技術(shù)與油氣行業(yè)新變革等議題，邀請(qǐng)國內(nèi)外知名專家學(xué)者，進(jìn)行全方位的、多層次的交流，分享國內(nèi)外最新技術(shù)成果和研究動(dòng)態(tài)及發(fā)展方向，促進(jìn)海洋石油開采和工程技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新和進(jìn)步，推進(jìn)油氣行業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，為先行示范區(qū)、粵港澳大灣區(qū)建設(shè)做好能源保障。

高陽東，高級(jí)工程師，中海石油（中國）有限公司勘探部勘探項(xiàng)目處處長(zhǎng)。長(zhǎng)期從事我國海域油氣勘探研究和管理工作。曾從事南海珠江口盆地、北部灣盆地、鶯歌海盆地的勘探研究工作。現(xiàn)從事我國海域勘探管理工作，包括海域勘探部署方案制定和運(yùn)行管理、勘探研究項(xiàng)目管理、勘探相關(guān)管理規(guī)定的編制等。
Yangdong Gao, Senior Engineer, Director of Exploration Projects Division, Exploration Department, CNOOC (China) Co., Ltd. He has long been engaged in the research and management of oil and gas exploration in China's offshore areas. He has been engaged in the exploration and research work in Pearl River Mouth Basin in the South China Sea, Beibu Gulf Basin, and Yinggehai Basin. He is currently engaged in the management of marine exploration in China, including the formulation and operation management of marine exploration deployment plan, the management of exploration and research projects, and the preparation of relevant management regulations for exploration.
李懷亮，海洋石油工程股份有限公司安裝事業(yè)部總工程師，教授級(jí)高級(jí)工程師，中海油集團(tuán)公司級(jí)專家、資深項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理（高級(jí)）。主要從事海洋油氣設(shè)施安裝技術(shù)研究及技術(shù)管理工作，擁有23年豐富的海上安裝設(shè)計(jì)及施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)。先后參加了渤海灣、南海、東海、泰國、韓國、印度、文萊等33個(gè)生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的安裝設(shè)計(jì)及海上施工作業(yè)，具有豐富課題研究及管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并取得多項(xiàng)科技成果，獲得省部級(jí)科技獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)7項(xiàng)、授權(quán)專利26項(xiàng)、省部級(jí)工法2項(xiàng)、企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)12項(xiàng)、發(fā)表科技論文35篇，其中OTC及ISOPE等國際論文19篇。
Huailiang Li, Chief Engineer of the Installation Division, Senior Engineer at professor level of the Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd., Company-level Expert, Senior Project Manager of the CNOOC Group. He is mainly engages in technical research and management of offshore oil and gas facilities installation, and has 23 years of rich experience in offshore installation design and construction. He has participated in installation design and offshore construction of 33 production projects in Bohai Bay, South China Sea, East China Sea, Thailand, Korea, India and Brunei.He has rich experience on research and management, and has made many scientific and technological achievements, including 7 provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological awards, 26 authorized patents, 2 provincial and ministerial-level work methods, 12 enterprise standards, and published 35 scientific and technological papers, which include 19 papers in international journals such as OTC and ISOPE.
