2019論壇及活動(dòng)
為深圳打造成全球海洋中心城市，響應(yīng)“一帶一路”倡議，打造 21 世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路和粵港澳大灣區(qū)的重要支點(diǎn)，助力深圳全球影響力和知名度的提升，在2019年中國(guó)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)博覽會(huì)期間將舉辦智慧海洋技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展論壇。論壇將圍繞智慧海洋推動(dòng)藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展主題，以智慧海洋應(yīng)用服務(wù)為牽引，通過(guò)智能海洋網(wǎng)絡(luò)、CPS智能技術(shù)、智慧海洋云-洋計(jì)算、智慧海洋工程技術(shù)等新技術(shù)的融合，促進(jìn)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。

張宏軍，中國(guó)船舶工業(yè)系統(tǒng)工程研究院院長(zhǎng)、中船電子科技有限公司總經(jīng)理、艦載航空領(lǐng)域?qū)＜?。兼任中?guó)造船工程學(xué)會(huì)、中國(guó)船業(yè)行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)常務(wù)理事，中國(guó)造船工程學(xué)會(huì)艦船航空保障學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)主任委員、水面兵器學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)主任委員，中國(guó)航空學(xué)會(huì)艦載機(jī)專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任委員，中文核心期刊《船舶工程》編委會(huì)副主任委員。擔(dān)任國(guó)家科技獎(jiǎng)、省部級(jí)科技獎(jiǎng)專家?guī)鞂＜?，中?guó)科協(xié)高層次人才專家?guī)鞂＜摇?/p>
Hongjun Zhang, Director of Industry System Engineering Research Institute, CSSC, General Manager of CSSC Electronics Technology Co., Ltd,expert in shipboard aviation, Executive Director of the China Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers and China Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry, Chairman of China Society of Shipbuilding Engineering's Ship Aviation Support Academic Committee, Chairman of China Society of Shipbuilding Engineering's Surface Weapons Academic Committee, DeputyChairman of Shipboard Aircraft Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Deputy Chairman of the Editorial Committee ofShip Engineering(a Chinese core journal), member of the expert base of the national science and technology awards, provincial and ministerial science and technology awards and high-level talents of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology.
FuminZhang（張福民），馬里蘭大學(xué)電氣工程博士，清華大學(xué)碩士、學(xué)士。佐治亞理工學(xué)院電氣與計(jì)算機(jī)工程學(xué)院教授。
研究領(lǐng)域：移動(dòng)傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)、海洋機(jī)器人、控制系統(tǒng)以及信息物理系統(tǒng)的理論基礎(chǔ)。目前擔(dān)任IEEERAS海洋機(jī)器人技術(shù)委員會(huì)聯(lián)合主席，“IEEE海洋工程雜志”、“機(jī)器人與自動(dòng)化通訊”、“IEEE自動(dòng)控制會(huì)刊”和“IEEE網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)控制交易”的副編輯。他還擔(dān)任“網(wǎng)絡(luò)物理系統(tǒng)雜志”的副總編輯。2009年9月獲得美國(guó)國(guó)家科學(xué)基金會(huì)獎(jiǎng)（NSF CAREER Award），2010年4月獲得美國(guó)海軍研究局（ONR）青年研究者項(xiàng)目獎(jiǎng)。
Fumin Zhang, Ph.D. of Electrical Engineering, University of Maryland, Master and Bachelor of Tsinghua University, Professor, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology.
Research fields: theoretical basis of mobile sensor network, ocean robot, control system and information physics system. He is currently the Co-Chair of the IEEERAS Marine Robotics Technical Committee and Associate Editor of "the IEEE Journal of Ocean Engineering", "Robotics and Automation Communications", "IEEE Journal of Automatic Control", and "IEEE Network Systems Control Transactions". He is also the Deputy Editor-in-chief of "the Journal of Network Physical Systems". He won the NSF CAREER Award in September 2009 and the ONR Young Researchers Program Award in April 2010.
