2019論壇及活動
海水資源利用是海洋戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)，是水資源的開源增量技術(shù)以及陸地礦產(chǎn)資源的重要補充和戰(zhàn)略儲備，對保障沿海地區(qū)水安全、推進海洋經(jīng)濟高質(zhì)量發(fā)展具有重要意義。
為進一步加強交流合作，回應(yīng)民眾對海水資源利用問題的關(guān)切，推動海水資源利用技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，由自然資源部天津海水淡化與綜合利用研究所、國家海水利用工程技術(shù)研究中心、國家海水及苦咸水利用產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗中心、海水淡化技術(shù)國家地方聯(lián)合工程實驗室、中國高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)化研究會海洋分會等聯(lián)合舉辦的“海水資源利用技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及展望”主題論壇，匯聚海水資源利用領(lǐng)域的管理部門負責人、專家學(xué)者、企業(yè)代表等，共同探討海水資源利用的各個關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢，共同分析當前民眾所關(guān)心的海水利用熱點問題，如成本、飲用安全、濃海水排海等。
論壇采用專題論述、統(tǒng)一討論、互動答疑等形式，既具前瞻性，又具普惠性。

高從堦，中國工程院院士。現(xiàn)任浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)全職院士，浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)海洋學(xué)院院長、教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，中國膜工業(yè)協(xié)會名譽理事長，中國膜工業(yè)協(xié)會專家委員會主任，全國分離膜標準化技術(shù)委員會主任，海水淡化和水再利用學(xué)會和浙江省膜學(xué)會理事長，國際脫鹽和水再利用雜志編委。長期從事液體分離膜工程技術(shù)研究與開發(fā)工作，是我國膜分離技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的著名專家和反滲透膜工程技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的開拓者之一，他先后主持完成了國家級和省部級重點科技項目10多個，獲得國家科技進步一等獎1項，另獲省部級科技進步一、二、三等獎十多項。
Congjie Gao, Academician at Chinese Academy of Engineering, full-time Academician at Zhejiang University of Technology, Dean, professor, doctoral supervisor of Ocean College, Zhejiang University of Technology, Honorary Chairman of China Membrane Industry Association, Chairman of China Membrane Industry Association Expert Committee, Chairman of National Separation Membrane Standardization Technical Committee, Chairman of Seawater Desalination and Water Reuse Society and Zhejiang Membrane Society and editor of International Journal of Desalination and Water Reuse. He has been engaged in research and development of liquid separation membrane engineering technology for a long time; he is a famous expert in the field of membrane separation technology and one of the pioneers in the field of reverse osmosis membrane engineering technology in China. He has presided over and completed more than 10 key scientific and technological projects at the national and provincial levels, won the first prize of National Science & Technology Awards, and won more than 10 first, second and third prizes at the provincial and ministerial levels.
阮國嶺，博士，教授級高工，自然資源部天津海水淡化與綜合利用研究所副所長，享受國務(wù)院政府特殊津貼，新世紀百千萬人才工程國家級人選。環(huán)印度洋聯(lián)盟科技轉(zhuǎn)移中心（IOR-ARC）海水淡化與廢水處理技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移區(qū)域委員會副主席、國際脫鹽協(xié)會理事、水利部水資源論證專家、全國分離膜標準化技術(shù)委員會（SAC/TC382）委員、全國海洋標準化技術(shù)委員會（SAC/TC283）委員、中國海洋學(xué)會海水淡化與水再利用分會海水淡化專業(yè)委員會副主任委員、國家級海域使用論證評審專家。領(lǐng)銜和指導(dǎo)了20余項海水淡化行業(yè)和國家標準的編制并發(fā)布實施。發(fā)表論文70余篇，獲發(fā)明專利34項，專著5部。
Guoling Ruan, Ph.D., Professor-level Senior Engineer, Deputy Director of Tianjin Institute of Desalination and Comprehensive Utilization of Seawater, Ministry of Natural Resources, State Council Special Allowance Expert, and a member of the National Hundred, Thousand and Ten-Thousand Talents Plan, Vice Chair of the Regional Committee on Desalination and Wastewater Treatment Technology Transfer of Indian Ocean Rim Union Technology Transfer Centre (IOR- ARC), Director of the International Desalination Association, water resources demonstration expert of the Ministry of Water Resources, member of the National Separation Membrane Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC382), member of the National Marine Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC283), Deputy Director of the Desalination Specialty Committee of the Desalination and Water Reuse Branch of the Chinese Society for Oceanography, and expert of national sea area utilization demonstration evaluation. He led and guided the compilation of more than 20 national standards for the seawater desalination industry; published more than 70 papers and 5 monographs, and obtained 34 invention patents.
