中國海洋經(jīng)濟博覽會（簡稱“中國海博會”）是我國國家級海洋經(jīng)濟展會。2019年移師深圳后已成功舉辦四屆，為推動中國海洋經(jīng)濟高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、促進國際海洋經(jīng)濟交流和合作作出了積極的貢獻。2024中國海博會將以更高起點、更高質(zhì)量、更國際化的標準，于2024年10月31日-11月2日在中國深圳舉辦。

本屆中國海博會宏觀論壇，即2024全球海洋中心城市論壇暨世界頂尖科學家海洋論壇（簡稱“論壇”）將于2024年10月31日-11月1日在中國深圳大中華喜來登酒店舉辦。論壇以全球海洋中心城市建設為主題，邀請來自國際組織，國內(nèi)外政府機構(gòu)，商業(yè)領域、科技領域、學術領域?qū)＜壹按頁窝葜v嘉賓，圍繞海洋科技、海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)、航運運輸、海洋文明、海洋合作治理等維度設置十大話題并展開討論，為促進全球海洋城市交流合作、加快發(fā)展藍色伙伴關系、推動海洋經(jīng)濟高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、打造更具國際競爭力、吸引力和創(chuàng)造力的全球海洋中心城市建言獻策。

China Marine Economy Expo (referred to as "CMEE") is the national marine economic exhibition in China. After moving to Shenzhen in 2019, it has been successfully held for four times, which has made positive contributions to promoting the high-quality development of China's marine economy and promoting international marine economic exchanges and cooperation. The 2024 CMEE will be held in Shenzhen, China, from October 31st to November 2nd, 2024, with a higher starting point, higher quality, and more international standards.

As the 2024 Shenzhen Global Marine Economy Forum and World Laureates Ocean Forum of the CMEE, the Shenzhen Global Marine Economy Forum (referred to the "Forum") will be held from October 31st to November 1st 2024 at the Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel in Shenzhen, China. With the theme of global marine capital city construction, the Forum will invite experts and representatives from international organization, domestic and foreign government department, commercial and technological sectors, as well as academia to be the speakers, and set ten topics around marine technology, marine industry, shipping and transportation, marine civilization, as well as marine cooperation and governance. The discussions aim to provide experience and suggestions for promoting exchanges and cooperation among global marine cities, accelerate the development of blue partnership, promote the high-quality development of the marine economy, and contribute to building a more internationally competitive, attractive and creative global marine capital city.

戴偉恩，現(xiàn)任挪威王國駐中國大使，曾任挪威外交部地區(qū)事務部門主管，負責挪威與亞洲、大洋洲、中東、非洲和拉丁美洲國家的雙邊關系，以及挪威的和平與和解活動。戴偉恩在2014年至2017年擔任外交部部長辦公室主任，2017年至2018年擔任政治主任。他還曾在挪威駐特拉維夫大使館擔任參贊（2009年至2013年），并在2007年至2009年擔任挪威首相的外交顧問。此前，他在外交部參與了多個和平與和解進程（特別是菲律賓和索馬里）。他還曾在挪威駐危地馬拉和斯德哥爾摩的大使館工作。

Vebj?rn Dysvik is the Norwegian Ambassador to China. From 2020 to 2024 he was Director General of the Department for Regional Affairs in the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The department is responsible for Norway’s bilateral relations to the countries in Asia, Oceania, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, as well as the Norwegian peace and reconciliation activities. Dysvik was Chief of Staff to the Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2014 to 2017 and Political Director from 2017 to 2018. He has also been DHM in the Norwegian Embassy in Tel Aviv (from 2009 to 2013) and was Diplomatic Adviser to the Norwegian Prime Minister from 2007 to 2009. Previously, he worked on various peace and reconciliation processes in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (particularly Philippines and Somalia). He has also been posted to the Norwegian embassies in Guatemala and Stockholm.

埃夫耶尼奧斯. 卡爾佩里斯先生是希臘駐華使館大使?？柵謇锼瓜壬且幻Y深希臘外交官諳熟中國事務。這是他第三次來中國就職。 2000-2003年曾在希臘駐華大使館政治處任職，并任領事部主管，2012-2015年，任希臘駐上?？傤I事。除此之外，卡爾佩里斯先生還曾在沙特阿拉伯吉達擔任希臘駐伊斯蘭合作組織特使、希臘駐吉達總領事、希臘駐美國大使館 (2003年至2007年)以及在雅典外交部等多地任職。

A Greek diplomat with deep knowledge on China, Mr. Evgenios Dimitrios Kalpyris, has recently taken up the Ambassador’s post in the Greek Embassy in Beijing.

This is the third time Mr. Kalpyris has been to China, after 2000-2003, when he was posted in the Embassy of Greece to the P.R. of China, in the Political Section and as Head of the Consular Section, and 2012 to 2015, as the Consul General of Greece in Shanghai.

Apart from these posts, Mr. Kalpyris has served in Jeddah, KSA, as the Special Envoy of Greece to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and the Consul General of Greece in Jeddah, in the Embassy of Greece to the USA (2003-2007) and in various positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Athens.

He holds a Doctorate in Law, Aristotle University (AU) of Thessaloniki, Greece, and has practiced Law from 1990 to 1998, as a Member of the Athens Bar Association.

He published several books including “European Communities’ Commercial and Economic Policies in the Balkans”, Sakkoulas, 1994 (in Greek), “Les sanctions des Nations Unies dans le conflit de l’ex Yougoslavie”, Bruylant, 1995 (in French), “UN sanctions without the use of armed force”, Sakkoulas, 2000 (in Greek), “Guide on How to Pass the Foreign Ministry’s Entrance Exams”, Sakkoulas, 2000 (in Greek).

Mr. Vassilios Demetriades served as the Shipping Deputy Minister to the President of Cyprus from 2020 to 2023, reporting directly to the President on all matters related to Cyprus shipping and the country’s integrated maritime policy. He was responsible for developing and implementing a national shipping strategy to expand the Cyprus Register of Ships and the Cyprus shipping cluster, as well as promoting the blue economy. His role included updating shipping legislation, promoting investments, maritime training, and education, and designing global promotion strategies. Mr. Demetriades also focused on modernizing the Deputy Ministry’s procedures, enhancing service quality, supporting innovation in the shipping sector, and preparing reform proposals to simplify investment processes, boost competitiveness, and further develop the shipping industry.

安卓先生目前擔任荷蘭王國駐廣州總領事一職。2002年，他加入位于海牙的荷蘭外交部，并擔任過多個職務，如俄羅斯高級政策顧問和中國經(jīng)濟政策協(xié)調(diào)員。在來到中國之前，他曾擔任荷蘭王國駐阿爾巴尼亞和匈牙利的副大使，還曾在荷蘭王國駐希臘和哈薩克斯坦擔任過職位。此外，他還曾作為歐安組織（OSCE-ODHIR）的選舉觀察員被派往烏克蘭和白俄羅斯。2023年8月，他被正式任命為荷蘭王國駐廣州總領事。

Mr. Efstathios Andreou is the Consul General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Guangzhou, China. He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Netherlands in 2002, and afterwards he took up various roles in the Ministry in The Hague, such as senior policy advisor on Russia and economic policy coordinator on China. At the Netherlands Embassies he was among others the deputy ambassador in Albania, the deputy ambassador in Hungary and hold positions in Greece and Kazakhstan. Also he was an OSCE-ODHIR election observer in Ukraine and Belarus. He was appointed as the Consul General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Guangzhou in August 2023.
