Introduction of Plenary Session
2022全球海洋中心城市論壇（即海博會(huì)宏觀論壇）圍繞海洋科技、海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)、航運(yùn)運(yùn)輸、海洋文明、海洋合作治理等全球海洋中心城市評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)設(shè)置9場(chǎng)全體會(huì)議。
本場(chǎng)全體會(huì)議關(guān)注海洋合作治理維度。
The Shenzhen Global Marine Economy Forum will hold 9 plenary sessions focusing on the dimensions of industry, technology, shipping, civilization, and cooperative governance from 24th to 25th November in Shenzhen, China.
This plenary session will focus on dimension of marine cooperation governance.
中國(guó)正在建設(shè)現(xiàn)代海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)體系，打造可持續(xù)海洋生態(tài)環(huán)境，并深度參與全球海洋治理，這意味著中國(guó)不僅需要大力發(fā)展海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)、提高藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)總產(chǎn)值占GDP的比重，更需要轉(zhuǎn)向可持續(xù)發(fā)展模式，并積極促進(jìn)全球治理的共識(shí)達(dá)成。與此同時(shí)，全球重要城市越來(lái)越成為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的新引擎和聚合器，它們不僅引領(lǐng)著國(guó)家乃至世界在經(jīng)濟(jì)和產(chǎn)業(yè)上的發(fā)展，更重要的是，在推動(dòng)全球藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和處理國(guó)際事務(wù)過(guò)程中，它們也將發(fā)揮更大的作用。
China's 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) Report has put the emphasis on deepening China’s involvement in global ocean governance. This goes with the priority to increase the share of marine activities in the overall economy. What will be needed in the coming years to strengthen China’s role as a global blue economy player and what could reinforce the position of the country as an active participant in global ocean governance rules-setting?

中國(guó)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)博覽會(huì)（簡(jiǎn)稱“海博會(huì)”）是我國(guó)唯一的國(guó)家級(jí)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)展會(huì)。2019年移師深圳后已成功舉辦兩屆，為推動(dòng)中國(guó)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、促進(jìn)國(guó)際海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)交流和合作作出了積極的貢獻(xiàn)。2022海博會(huì)將以更高起點(diǎn)、更高質(zhì)量、更國(guó)際化的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)于11月24日-26日在深圳會(huì)展中心（福田區(qū)）舉辦。
China Marine Economy Expo (referred to as "CMEE") is the only national marine economic exhibition in China. After moving to Shenzhen in 2019, it has been successfully held for two times, which has made positive contributions to promoting the high-quality development of China's marine economy and promoting international marine economic exchanges and cooperation. The 2022 CMEE will be held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian District) from November 24th to 26th.
2022全球海洋中心城市論壇作為海博會(huì)宏觀論壇，擬邀請(qǐng)來(lái)自國(guó)際組織，國(guó)內(nèi)外政府機(jī)構(gòu)，商業(yè)領(lǐng)域、科技領(lǐng)域、學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域?qū)＜壹按頁(yè)?dān)任演講嘉賓，圍繞海洋科技、海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)、航運(yùn)運(yùn)輸、海洋文明、海洋合作治理等全球海洋中心城市評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)設(shè)置宏觀話題并展開討論，為促進(jìn)全球海洋城市交流合作、加快發(fā)展藍(lán)色伙伴關(guān)系、推動(dòng)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、打造更具國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、吸引力和創(chuàng)造力的全球海洋中心城市建言獻(xiàn)策。
The Shenzhen Global Marine Economy Forum, as the Strategic Forum of China Marine Economy Expo will be held from November 24th to 25th in Shenzhen,China. Building out of the success of the previous editions, this year’s discussions will focus on the key challenges and opportunities for the sustainable expansion of the Marine Economy, from an environmental, business and technological perspective. The forum will bring together – physically and digitally - senior government officials and top business executives from relevant Chinese and international corporations, leaders from relevant international organizations, well renowned thought leaders and academic experts.
